One of the main pillars of progress and development in any country is its industries. Naturally enough there are industry watchdogs to monitor closely the activities of industrial units coming up for multi level marketing projects. 

Two of the major administrative organizations that keep constant vigil and watch over the activities of these industries are the Federal Trade Commission known in short as FTC and the United States Post Office or USPS. Over the years these two organizations have investigated about a number of attraction marketing units. 

Word wide organization of the attraction marketing business, Better Business Bureau advices on the issue as follows: -

  • Learn well about the company before making any investments in MLM.
  • Learn about the start up cost and the quality of the products and services offered by the Company.
  • Copies of the marketing plans of the company should be obtained in writing.
  • Check out about the experiences of others who have dealt with the company and used its products.

Advises have also come from the USPS as follows: -

  • Pyramid schemes violate the Postal Lottery Statute and should be avoided at any cost.
  • The three components of such scheme are expectation of monetary or any other type of gain by participating in the pyramid, monetary returns you might receive and the fee you pay as distributor.
  • Find out the perfect mlm leads about the company and its activities before signing a contract.

These advices should be well taken as they intend to save you from possible disaster as a result of the wrong decisions taken.
