My bossed asked me what servers we should get to replace the ones that had recently quit working. I was not really sure, since I am only a secretary and do not know much about computer stuff. I did have a really smart computer friend though.

I called my really smart computer friend and he gave me some names of some that are good and are easy to find. The first one that he recommended was the pseries servers that are from an older reliable company. The second one was the iseries servers that would be able to handle everything we needed them for, and were also reliable.

I passed both of the names onto my boss and he asked me to get online and find out how much they would cost. He also wanted a side by side comparison on the pseries servers and the iseries servers, so we could see which one had more bang for the buck.

In the end, we ended up going for the pseries server, since we found one that was refurbished for slightly less than the iseries servers. I was unable to find those in refurbished form. My boss is very happy with the choice we made and told me to thank my friend for all of his help.
