The order that we placed for a waterfree urinal was never received by the company. I called them two weeks ago and asked them if it usually took more than four weeks to have the waterfree urinals delivered. They had no idea what I was talking about and said that they never received it. I faxed them a copy of the form that I had sent and they told me that they would put a rush order on it and have it for me within a few days.

I had promised by boss that we would have the new waterfree urinal in before he got back from his cruise and I only had about ten days left to fulfill that promise. The company did hold their end of the bargain up and I got the urinal three days later. They sent us a new purell instant hand sanitizer dispenser and a four month supply of purell to make up for the confusion.

I had my plumber in there the very next day and the urinal was installed along with the purell instant hand sanitizer dispenser about five days before my boss was due to be back. I felt a sigh of relief when it was all said and done.
