As a little girl, I have always dreamed of having a lovely looking home. I did not want it big and like a mansion. But I had an idea in my mind of what I really liked to live in. I have told my long time boyfriend about it and he indulged me - we have been saving up for 5 years just so when we get married, I will have the house of my dreams.

After our simple wedding, we stayed in his loft and planned that in a year, we will be able to have our dream home. My husband purchased a small and unfurnished 3-bedroom house in the suburbs, two storeys; because that’s how I liked it. We searched online for contractors and had 3 Raleigh remodeling companies to scrutinize for the job.

The first one was way too expensive. They were popular in the area and they did explain to me how my vision will cost them. It was a bit too much for me, though. The second company was ok in price. But there were quite a few bad reviews about them online. That worried me because they offered the whole project so low - what if the quality wasn’t that great?

The third home remodeling Raleigh company had the right price. I checked on them some more and it seems that the feedback was good. We hired them and was astounded that they finished the job in half the time and I got my dream house!
